Map. 1:10.000 A cracking new map, surveyed over several days in Autumn 2006 by Rod Ryall. Rod reports a slight increase in brambles, but nevertheless a super woodland for novices, with lots of paths and rides and yet very tricky for experts to relocate. Would make a good area for the JK if it was bigger!

Controller Peter Watson EBOR

Please Note that the bridge that used to be at the western end of the canal has been removed, obviously the paths at either side leading to the bridge are still there. It has been taped off but DO NOT attempt to cross there. The planner adds. that all courses have been planned to avoid this bridge and there is no reason for anyone to attempt to cross the canal there, as it is not on any obvious route choice. Also White and Yellow courses do not go anywhere near it, so young juniors are not at risk
