LANGFIELD  COMMON REGIONAL  EVENT

Venue :            16km?  west  of  Halifax  at  Grid ref  SD  961 235          

Parking :          Signed  from  the  A 646  at  Grid ref  SD  951 247           

Terrain :           Varied, but mostly runnable Pennine moorland, with large areas of intricate contour and rock detail.

Map :              We will be printing maps on waterproof paper, so maps will not be bagged. If competitors wish to have a bag they will need to provide their own.

Courses :         Regional : All BOF classes  including  JM  and  JW.
                     Colour  Coded : White, Yellow, Orange & Light Green
There will also be a free String course         

E-Punching:    The SI system will be used.

Dogs:              This is a farming area and therefore dogs cannot be allowed at the event.          

Safety:            Competitors take part at their own risk, this is an open moorland area, whistles and cagoules may be compulsory if the weather is bad.
