Terrain. A delightful woodland with good path network and
some open areas

Electronic Punching. We expect to use SI punching
for all controls.
Courses. Long, Medium, Short and Introductory Courses.
Entry fees Adults £4 Students
(with card) & Juniors £2.00
There will be a 50p parking fee per car
Registration 1700 to 1800
Start Times 1730 to 1830
(depending on when it gets dark enough. Sunset is 17:26)
Courses close at 2000.

Toilets in Car Park
Safety Competitors take part at their own risk. Whistles
advised and cagoules may be compulsory depending on the weather. We are
using the 'buddy' system. Make sure you have a reliable buddy who will
raise the alarm if you appear to be very late finishing. Lone competitors
who cannot find a buddy must leave their Car keys and car registration
number at registration
