Courses Long 4.8Km 140m climb 19 controls

Medium 3.3Km 90m climb 13 controls

Short 2.0 Km 15m climb 9 controls

Introductory 1.4 Km 15m climb 10 controls

Entry fees Adults £4 Students (with card) & Juniors £2.00

Registration 1700 to 1800

Electronic Punching:  Will be used at this event for all courses. Please be sure to insert your Dibber number on the entry form if you have one. If you do not have your own Dibber they can be hired at Registration for £1 senior & £0.50 junior.

Start Times 1730 to 1830 (depending on when it gets dark enough. Sunset is 17:26)

Courses close at 2000.

Start and Finish. Close to car park & assembly

Download is back at registration. Don’t forget to download when you finish

Maps will be waterproof

Safety Competitors take part at their own risk. Whistles advised and cagoules may be compulsory depending on the weather. We are using the 'buddy' system. Make sure you have a reliable buddy who will raise the alarm if you appear to be very late finishing. Lone competitors should leave their car keys and car registration number at registration
