I enclose details of our forthcoming event at Ogden on October 13th.
We expect around 400 competitors in about 200 cars. we are parking at Holly House Farm, Mount Zion and are using a couple of minibuses to ferry people to Ogden Lane.
We do not foresee any problems, or any specific need for a Police presence.
