HALIFAX MONDAY FOOTPATH RUNS

Monday runs
26th October and after, Albert Promenade, by Crossley's

Then for December, but with a break for Christmas, Dave Wakeford's house.
Then for January we'll try North Bridge Leisure centre.
Then in February we'll try Warley car park.
Then in March We'll finish at Albert Promenade.
Then in April we'll aim to get back on the footpaths.

Thursday Runs in Calderdale are back...at different
places and at an earlier time(s). These runs are being held under the auspices
of Calder Valley Fell Runners, but any EPOC member is most welcome. All
standards catered for. Runs will last about an hour, but headbangers may go out
for longer/further. All are off road, and involve going up hill at some point!

WEDNESDAY WRINKLIES COUNTRY RUN & WALK

Usually 10 a.m. but sometimes 9.30. We move around the hills and dales keeping out of towns so ring Dave Owen or Guy Goodair. The runners do 1.5 to 2 hr approx. The walking group aim for about 2 to 2.5 hours, don't slouch but aren't aggressive either. The run/walk usually ends up with a pub lunch. For those with e-mail who want to join us occasionally, let either Dave or Guy know and we'll put you on our e-mail list which goes out each weekend with the following Wednesday's details.
