What 3 words: belts.abode.sugars
Parking will be tight: Please try to car share and note camper vans cannot park here as there is a height barrier. Some parking is available on Nutter Lane itself.
Terrain: A mixture of sloping parkland, woodland and fields and a good path network. The area is used by a great many dog walkers especially in the early evenings. It’s possible that cyclists will be present, and even less likely, horseriders.
Start times: 17:00-18.00. Courses close 19.30 prompt to conform to YHOA rules.
Start / finish is adjacent to parking & assembly.
Safety: A comprehensive risk assessment has been carried out by the organiser. The risks associated with competing in an outdoor environment are significant and need to be taken seriously by all competitors who take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety. Parents are particularly asked to emphasise these points with their children. If you have a medical condition that first aiders should know about in an emergency, please contact the organiser with details, in confidence. These details will only be used for the purposes of this event and will be deleted/destroyed afterwards.
